Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with the building. If arriving after 10 PM, advance notice is required. Standard check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after departure, a charge of $100 per missing item will be applied. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
