The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space and provides everything needed for everyday cooking. The layout flows naturally toward the large curved balcony, where guests can relax, dine, or simply enjoy the elevation and passing boats below. The primary bedroom features a king bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and comfortable proportions. Both bedrooms are designed with dedicated workspaces and offer direct balcony access. The apartment includes two full bathrooms and an additional half bath. The primary bathroom is generously sized and includes a soaking tub and separate shower.
Access to the building's hot tub, pool, and gym are included. Luggage storage is available for $3 per suitcase, and parking is available for $200 per stay for one vehicle, with additional vehicles costing $200 per month, subject to availability. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are required to provide legible copies of government-issued IDs or passports for all adults aged 15 or older for building registration. The minimum age to book is 21. The Sauna and Fitness Center (Gym) will be temporarily closed from July 1 to October 15, 2026, due to renovation works.
