The kitchen is fully equipped with an electrical oven, microwave, fridge, double bowl sink, dishwasher and basic appliances. The apartment is cooled by a central AC unit.
Valet parking is the only available option with unlimited in/out privileges for a daily valet fee of $48, payable directly to the building. For stays of 10+ nights, please inquire. Note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay, but please ensure that the arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. The unit number will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.
The apartment is surrounded by a broad selection of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces and top spots for shopping.
The building is undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Any missing remotes, streaming devices, or similar items will result in a charge of $100 per item. Standard check-in time starts at 4 PM and standard check-out time is 11 AM.
