Limited daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer; unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances; smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.
