Both bedrooms are positioned to enjoy natural light and direct balcony access, and each is equipped with a TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. Storage is generous throughout the residence, including large closets and a walk-in closet. Amenities include a hot tub, pool, gym, in-unit washer/dryer, streaming TV, and 400 Mbps Wi-Fi.
On-site dining, luggage storage, and parking are available for a fee. A parking spot is available for $200 for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check-in. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, the parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability, and advance notice is required. A $48 daily valet fee is also available, payable directly to the building each day.

Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, and construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The Trash Room is located in the hallway near the elevator. Please place all recycling on the floor in front of the chute, and put bags with landfill waste down the trash chute. Trash must not be left in the hallway or outside the chute, and failure to comply may result in a $300 fine.
