Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire property, including inside the unit and on the balcony. Violating this rule may result in severe fines. No smoking is allowed inside the apartment or building, and a $300 fine applies if violated. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises. No garbage accumulation is allowed. Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, contact us 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we can arrange a late check-out until 12:00 PM for an additional $50. Failing to meet the checkout time may incur an extra night charge. Reservations must be made by a person who is at least 21 years old, and the reservation holder’s presence is required throughout the entire stay. Please provide the full names and the ID of all guests who will be entering the property. During the check-in process, please present the ID of each guest at the front desk. We do not provide washcloths. Any damages will result in additional charges.
