The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, ample storage, a smart TV, and lots of natural light. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom features two single-size beds. The fully stocked kitchen comes with updated appliances, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, and everything needed to cook at home. The spacious living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six. The outdoor space is beautifully designed with dining and seating areas, fully fenced for complete privacy.
Pets are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. Advance notice of pet number and weight is required. Convenient parking is available on the premises for up to three vehicles. We offer concierge services to our guests, including boat rentals, chef services, and massages, arranged upon request. Housekeeping is available during your stay at your cost. The managing host facilitates these local, third-party services and bears no connection with the property owner. Booking any optional add-ons signifies the renter's agreement to absolve the property owner of any claims related to these third-party activities.

The property has a groundskeeper who may access the pool for service, landscaping, and other upkeep needs for exterior grounds. There is a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.
