Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is before 11 AM. Early and late options may be available upon inquiry. The property has a strict no-smoking policy and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Any smoke smell will incur a $100 cleaning fee. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
The spacious living area features plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV, and flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for five. There's also a convenient desk workstation, perfect for getting a little work done during your stay. Includes WiFi, smart TVs, ironing set, laundry facilities, and starter toiletries.
