Check-in is after 4 PM and checkout is before 11 AM, with early and late options potentially available upon inquiry. A security check-in procedure will verify your identity and booking details, confirming your reservation upon successful screening. There is a strict no-smoking policy with a $100 cleaning fee for any smoke smell and low noise levels are required post 10 PM. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping are allowed. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. The TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM, as violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
