Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined.
