Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel per guest per stay is provided. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
