CocoWalk and the heart of Coconut Grove are less than a 3-minute drive or a 15-minute walk. We ask that you please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. The home is equipped with noise monitoring devices but most importantly our neighbors are quick to report any loud noises that is problematic to the community. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. WORK DEN: Located on the upstairs hallway between bedroom, this is a perfect workspace, with seating and even a TV.LIVING ROOM: Spacious living room with a ample seating and Smart TV. Washer and dryer in laundry room located off the living room and next to the garageKITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and everything you'd need to cook at home during your stay. OUTDOOR SPACE: Private, non-heated pool and seating area. The pool is cleaned regularly. However, we sometimes experience strong, tropical winds that can cause debris from palm trees and other vegetation to fall into the pool. A pool net is provided for your convenience. Pets ok.
