This unit comes with a private terrace on the same floor as the pool, BBQ area (reservation required), putting green, and plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy the city views. The unit comes with one reserved parking spot. Cars will need to be pre-registered. An administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest will be due to enhanced cleaning of the building and its amenities. Married couples or parent/dependent child will be charged for one guest at $50 instead of $100. All admin fees are paid at check-in to the building.
