The condo is located in a secure building with a 24-hour front desk team and features all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and two smart TVs. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, and the unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Step outside to the private terrace off the living room or enjoy the pool and BBQ lounge on the same floor.
This unit comes with a free parking space for your convenience. Registered guests have access to all of the resident amenities at Midblock, including a private terrace on the same floor as the pool, BBQ area (reservation required), and putting green. An administration fee of $50.00 per adult guest will be due for enhanced cleaning of the building and its amenities. Married couples or parent/dependent child will be charged for 1 guest at $50 instead of $100. All admin fees are paid at check-in to the building.
Situated in the vibrant and trendy Midtown Miami neighborhood, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment options just steps away. The condo is within walking distance to Wynwood and Design District and just a short drive from Miami's top attractions, including South Beach, Downtown, and Brickell.
Guests will receive two key cards, one for the elevators and one for the garage. For any of the keys lost, there is a $150.00 replacement fee per key. Visitor hours are until 11pm. After 11pm, any visitor will have to be a registered guest and pay the admin fee. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal. Early check-in and late check-out if available can be provided at extra cost. The check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions. Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property. Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
To ensure cleaning quality and pest control on all of our units, between the 20 and 30th of each month we conduct a special pest cleaning on all of our units. This procedure is essential in keeping our units free of insects for all of our current and future guests, that's why we ask to collaborate and give our team access on the designated day. This procedure is mandatory for all units and we expect your collaboration.
