This is a walker's paradise with easy access to The Shops at Midtown Miami, the Miami Design District, and the Wynwood Art District. Enjoy a waterfront run or relax at Margaret Pace Park, just a few minutes away on Biscayne Bay.
Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the responsible guest. Only one set of keys/fobs is provided per reservation. An additional fee of $50 will be charged by the building for any unregistered visitors arriving after 11:00 PM. We cannot offer luggage storage services before check-in or after check-out. A starter kit of supplies is provided for your first day, but washcloths are not included. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The main guest is required to provide a photo ID on the day of check-in for building access. Smoking indoors may result in a fine. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need a late check-out, please let us know 24 hours in advance, as an additional cost applies.
