Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. The number of guests cannot exceed those specified at booking. No additional visitors or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval; violations incur a $50 fee per person, and your stay may be terminated without refund. All guests must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or pre-approved. No underage drinking.
