Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is offered for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays shorter than 30 days, you can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost, though spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted. The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
