The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views and noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours. Balcony furniture is not permitted, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
