Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily housekeeping is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with Wi-Fi access, although a laptop computer is not included.
