Bayside Marketplace is a must-visit destination situated right on the waterfront, featuring an array of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment options.
To maintain the property in excellent condition, a $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Additionally, any damage to curtains, sofas, doors, closets, or the cooktop will result in mandatory charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests are required to respect the property and report any issues immediately. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD. Violation of the non-smoking rule will lead to a $300 fine.
