The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, replenishing these items is not provided.
Located in the epicenter of Miami´s business and financial district and surrounded by parks and historic landmarks, Biscayne Bay, Brickell Avenue, and Miami Circle, this apartment is within the so-called the “30-minute live-work-play circle.” Wholefoods Supermarket is across the bridge toward Downtown (2 blocks away), Publix supermarket within 3 blocks, 0.9 miles to Bayside, 3 miles to Wynwood, 3.5 miles to Design District, and 5 miles to South Beach. Bayside Marketplace is a must-visit destination situated right on the waterfront, featuring an array of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment options.
To maintain the property in excellent condition, a $500 USD cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged. Additionally, any damage to curtains, sofas, doors, closets, or the cooktop will result in mandatory charges to cover repair or replacement costs. Guests are required to respect the property and report any issues immediately. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD. Violation of the non-smoking rule will lead to a $300 fine. Please be aware that the below are Icon rules and regulations that must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest. No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM. Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas and no bare feet are allowed in common areas. Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01—example 2501. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor. Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. To ensure a secure experience, all members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. The building is currently performing renovations on the unit's balcony and for safety reasons, balcony access will be temporarily unavailable during your stay. To access the building's services, please reach out to the Main Administration Office located at the front desk during business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities. Early check-in is subject to availability. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries (Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, etc.) to the property address are not allowed. Towels should not be used to remove makeup and washcloths are not provided. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving. Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing and fireworks are not allowed. [SI]
