A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.

Brickell City Centre is just a short walk, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, a unique waterfront archeological site. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away (usually 10–15 minutes). If you prefer to explore without driving, the Metromover is steps away, free, fast, and connects you to Downtown & the Arts District. Walk when you want and ride when you need, as everything is close.
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents. Guests must take out the trash before leaving. Starting July 1, 2025, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked due to building repairs. Expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and workers may be present on the façade during the day. Do not place furniture on balconies, as the building may impose fines of up to $3,000.
