For stays longer than a month, parking costs $250 per month, with specific payment and registration procedures required at the building office. A pack-n-play and highchairs are available for an additional fee.

The building is undergoing façade repairs, which may result in blocked views, balcony closures, and limited pool access. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and parties are prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
