No refunds or discounts will be provided due to balcony or common area renovations. The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in. Please provide your ID pictures and an estimated time of arrival as soon as possible and in advance to avoid any long wait at check-in. Guests are reminded to use the trash chute located on every floor for household trash and to seal trash bags properly. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, all guests are required to adhere to a proper dress code, including shirt, pants, and shoes. Please do not throw or drop anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time.
