The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations.
