Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Pets are not permitted.
