Valet parking is available at the building (hourly rates apply; no in/out privileges). Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2” (1.88 m).
Located in the heart of Brickell, one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, and Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby. Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are all a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District.
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Don’t forget to take out the trash before you leave. Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays.
