Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Remember to take out the trash before you leave. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required.
