Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

For stays shorter than 30 days, you can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for a self-parking spot less than 200 yards away at a lower cost. If you opt for self-parking, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the parking provider on account of injury to your property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. Pets are NOT permitted at ICON for vacation rentals unless written approval is provided by the host and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. A one-time linen & towel setup is included. An initial supply of toiletries and other amenities will be provided for the first 24–48 hours.

Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
