Balconies are closed and cannot be used. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
