Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM starting July 1st. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations.
