Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet. Nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and only one pet per unit is allowed. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.
Ideally located, this apartment is just minutes away from Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, Ocean Drive, South Pointe Park Pier, Bayside Marketplace, Bayfront Park, Kaseya Arena, Adrienne Arsht Center, Little Havana, Miami Circle Park, and the Everglades.
Exterior building maintenance is ongoing, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The pool is available on weekends only, and the schedule may vary. Late check-in fees of $40 apply for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Please refrain from dyeing your hair in the condo and remember to take out the trash before you leave.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work comfortably from home.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
