Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours. This unit is offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Take out the trash before you leave. Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. The original credit card used to make the reservation should be shown upon arrival, or the full amount will be charged to a new card. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and parties are prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Guests must select either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Fobs, keys, amenities cards, and parking magnetic cards have replacement fees of $100 for each guest or parking magnetic card, and $250 for coded keys plus FOB. Pets are not permitted at the building for vacation rentals, including emotional support animals, unless written approval is provided by the property manager and the building permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and trash must be disposed of by guests. If returned extremely unclean, an extra cleaning fee of $150 to $500 will be charged. Toilets can clog if improper materials are flushed, and damages up to $150 may be charged if caused by misuse. Functioning of A/C, TV, Wi-Fi, and appliances is not guaranteed, and no refund shall be given for malfunctioning, lack of signal/content, internet disruption, lack of A/C, or appliance issues.
