This unit is offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Violations may result in penalties, eviction, and/or charges to the card on file. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests must complete a brief pre check-in verification via the Guest App. The original credit card used to make the reservation should be shown upon arrival, or the full amount will be charged to a new card. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and parties are prohibited. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building.
