Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a penalty of $500 for violations. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
