Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday), and weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, balconies will be closed and views will be blocked, and some noise is expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A penalty of $500 will be applied in the case of smoking in the apartment. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and cleaning of dishes is not included in the final cleaning service.
