Nearby destinations include Brickell City Centre, Wholefoods, Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Miami Beach, and more. You also have direct access to I-95 for quick trips to the airports and malls.
Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Expect some noise due to façade repairs between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Studios receive two adult amenity passes, and minors must be accompanied at all times. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply.
