The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances.
