Guests are required to sign building rules upon arrival. The building has a no-noise policy between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be at least 23 years old to reserve. There is a $100 fee for each lost guest or parking magnetic card, and a $250 fee for coded keys plus FOB. Guests are responsible for any fines from the Grievance Committee, which would be deducted from any deposits. The building association may close the pool/amenities for maintenance or other reasons, and this will not violate the agreement. Guests are responsible for any damages or loss to the unit or building, and should purchase their own insurance for personal property. If a guest wrongfully files a chargeback, they agree to pay all expenses and costs incurred by MVR to recover funds and additional liquidated damages of $2,500.00.
