Parties are not allowed, and excessive noise should be avoided as the apartment is located in a residential area. The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building, with a daily fine of $200 USD for non-compliance. Access to building amenities requires check-in through the Main Administration Office during business hours.
