Enjoy on-site dining at Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine, as well as access to a eucalyptus steam room, dry and wet saunas, and a cold plunge. The apartment is equipped with high-end toiletries for your comfort.
Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available for $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for hourly valet without in-and-out privileges. Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved for $35 per day. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies for well-behaved dogs and cats, with a maximum of one pet per unit. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed, and guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets.

Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool.
