Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Remember to take out the trash before you leave. If smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year. Balconies are closed and cannot be used. Views from the unit will be blocked, and cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
