South Beach is an 8-minute drive, Wynwood is 5 minutes away, and Brickell City Center and the Design District are each 2 miles away. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and Downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance.
Apartment occupancy allows 2 adults and 2 children. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction with no refund. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. In case you lose the key to the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set.
