The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, fridge with filtered water and ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, cookware, multi-use appliances such as an air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, and blender, basic essentials like olive oil and spices, and both indoor and outdoor dining sets. There is a private backyard and terrace with outdoor seating and a barbecue. Entertainment options include an XBOX with 4 controllers and Game Pass, 4K Smart TVs in every room with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu, and books and board games for all ages. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Please keep noise at a respectful level, especially in the evenings, as this is a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 6 AM. Trash collection takes place on Monday and Thursday mornings. Exterior cameras are installed around the property (front entrance, driveway, and walkways) for safety. As with any home in tropical South Florida, occasional insects may appear despite regular pest control. The home is not adapted for guests with mobility challenges due to layout and bathroom limitations. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
