Centro City has been a great experience so far. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, and the building is very well maintained on a daily basis. The amenities are also a major plus, with plenty of activities and spaces to enjoy, making it easy to stay entertained without even leaving the building.

My only suggestion would be to provide additional trash cans or bins throughout the building and in the surrounding outdoor areas, as there are currently limited options for… disposing of trash.

Overall, I would highly recommend Centro City to anyone looking for a modern, well-maintained building with excellent amenities in West Little Havana. Its convenient location is another major advantage, with easy access to the airport, Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Wynwood.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

If you're considering moving to Central City, I strongly encourage you to think twice. My experience has been marked by poor management, a lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service. Most recently, a concierge refused to assist me in retrieving a package that had already been delivered to the building, repeatedly telling me to come back later instead of making any effort to help. This is the second time I've had issues with… package retrieval, and multiple emails to management have gone unanswered.

A luxury apartment should provide reliable service and responsive management. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. There are far better communities that value their residents and address concerns professionally. I will not be renewing my lease, and I cannot recommend living here.
