Great location in the heart of Downtown Miami — walking distance to Brickell, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transit. The building feels modern, the amenities (especially the pool and gym) are solid, and security makes it feel safe. Staff is great!
You’ll get some city noise since it’s downtown, but overall it’s a convenient and good option for an urban lifestyle.

I’ve enjoyed living at Downtown 5th for the most part. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the views are a nice bonus. The location is super convenient for getting around Miami, but the traffic and noise can be a downside. Amenities are decent and the staff is helpful, though parking is definitely a hassle. Overall, it’s a good place if you want to be close to everything.
