This is an exceptional well maintained property with an outstanding management service.

Building is completely run down. Hallways are poorly lit and dirty. Elevators are constantly breaking down with trash and graffiti. The parking lot always has trash on the floor. Grass is half dead. Washer and driers in the building usually out of order. Manager is very unprofessional. She takes weeks to answer an email and is rarely helpful.

This review would be much easier to list the negative so I'll start with that. The elevators are terrible. They're slow and frequently go out. So you take the stairs except they smell like urine. You make it to your apartment and if you want piece and quiet you had better be there in the late afternoon because roof work is common. You also better hope your neighbors are quiet because noise carries throughout the entire hallway. Also don't get too attached to your rent because it goes up with... every time you sign the lease.

Now for the good. Its close to FIU, shopping centers, an okay theater, and most importantly the turnpike. Traffic in the area can get messy on 122nd ave but 8th 91st is usually smooth in that area Read More
