nice property, poor managment

Is a shame the management of this building the company who has the control do no have any clue about what they are doing. Simple a shame!

Tuscany Gardens

Tuscany Apartment was listed with availability but when I called and personally when to the office manager they have told me there was any apartament available .. Seems to be a miscommunication between your site and their office.

Great Cheap place to live in Brickell. Diamond in the Rough!

Great place to live. The office staff are soo nice. There is no pool or gym, but rent never increases and the place is really well kept. Lived a couple places in Miami and this place is the best bang for your buck. So fortunate to have found it!
