Rent Increase/Poor Management

The apartment is beautiful inside, but the trash area is nasty to many apartments for a compactor trash chute. The building management does not clean up like they use to when I first move in. The stairs are dirty, they tow the cars if you don't have a sticker, homeless person was sleep on my porch when I came out my door. What is the purpose of a call box and a key fob if the gates are going to remain open 24/7. The rent increased within 4 months to 6 months of me moving in. The playground area… is a mess from the kids in the apartments. Just horrible!

Poor management

The place is amazing and I would love to stay here. I have been trying to get into contact with them for over 2 weeks now to apply, but have yet to hear back from anyone. The lack of communication is absurd.

Beautiful apartments & Great management

The property is beautifully kept. The apartments are very nice and everything is brand new. The new manager Ms. Belinda is great! And so is the entire staff.

THEY DID NOT ACCEPT MY APPLICATION

The staff in the office is very friendly and helpful, but I couldn't even apply because I work on my own and not for a company that pays me. to apply when you work on your own, they ask you for the taxes of the previous year and mine are below the minimum income (inexperience taxes were made by a beginner) so they do not work for me. It seems unfair that they do not take my application because I have a good credit history, I have been extremely responsible with my payments where I currently rent… and my current income is within the income demanded by them.
