I’ve been living in this building for over 3 years now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the moment you walk in, the place feels welcoming and well-maintained.Cleanliness is easily one of the best parts. The common areas, hallways, and lobby are spotless every single day. The cleaning team does an incredible job—whether it’s early morning or after a busy weekend, everything looks fresh and polished. No trash buildup, no lingering odors, and the gym is always sparkling clean. It... really makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. The management and maintenance team, under the supervision of the manager, deserves special praise. They are genuinely responsive, professional, and fast. I’ve submitted a few requests (small repairs, package issues, etc.), and every time they were handled the same day. The team is friendly, courteous, and clearly takes pride in keeping residents happy. Communication is excellent too — updates via email is clear and timely. Beyond that, the building itself is modern, quiet, and secure. Great location, reliable amenities, and a nice sense of community without being intrusive. Living here is nice but having lissette here makes everything easier

Living here has honestly been an amazing experience. The location is unbeatable. Having the mall nearby, the metro right in front of the building, and the university so close makes everyday life incredibly convenient. It truly is a prime location.

But what makes this building special is not just the location or the building itself. The people here make the biggest difference.

Everyone is incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, especially Lissette, the property manager. She is always willing... to help, always attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her professionalism and warmth make such a difference.

El mejor edificio Motion que hay tengo 6 años viviendo aquí la limpieza es primera clase los apt vacíos los entregan muy limpio y mantenimiento súper con las nuevas renovaciones que le están. Haciendo va quedar hermoso tranquilo el lugar muy céntrico las áreas verdes y las tiendas maravilloso lugar la oficina siempre muy profesional Jorge

I know not everything is fine all the time but overall this place is pretty good, if you get to know everyone that works there like I did, you’ll fine them to be very professional at what they do and also very nice people, always willing to help, you just have to ask, the property manager goes to extremes to make sure everything runs smoothly, she’s a great person.
