Mold
There are ongoing concerns regarding mold in the building, yet management continues to dismiss these concerns and make residents feel as though the issue is not legitimate. Instead of addressing the problem with transparency and urgency, the response has felt dismissive and focused on avoiding responsibility.
Additionally, Andreu and his team entered my room while I was changing without my permission, which was a serious violation of my privacy. What is especially concerning is that the… follow-up email inaccurately stated that I refused the inspection entirely, when that was not the situation.
This experience has shown a lack of respect for resident privacy, poor communication, and a lack of solution-oriented management. I expect concerns to be addressed honestly, professionally, and with accountability rather than excusesReview from Apartments.com
