Terrazas River Park Village Apartments

My first month here have been amazing! Nice and quiet, friendly neighbors, working facilities, even the required construction is done in waves so that everyone is not affected. The security is serious, they will not let just anyone in. The view is amazing, no building in front, just the rive and a beautiful park. Each unit varies based on the owner, but my unit is well kept, has black-out shades so I sleep very well without the sun coming in. And it is cheaper than Brickell with the same... amenities but we are even closer to the highway. airport, and we get to see the water too.
Also, I read the bad review that is posted is from 2018, and since then a lot has changed. I did hear it was not great at first but not now. It is very plush now. Even valet parking for guests! Do you crave living in terror over being awakened from a dead sleep at 2, 3, nay! 4 a.m. by an air raid siren announcing yet another FALSE fire alarm or by the worst neighbors you can ever have? Well, yes, this is the building you are looking for.

Last week, someone tried to enter to my apartement, when I heard the noise, I got panic. Few seconds later I call the security, and guess what? They didn't do NOTHING! They said they weren't allowed to see the cameras, they need to request permission... to the (careless) management that obviously at 9 pm weren't there.

If you are planning to move here DO NOT DO IT. It’s been more than I year since we moved in and I can not wait until my lease ends.

You don’t even need to be a light sleeper to be able to listen all the noise neighbors do at night time or very early hours in the morning ( even on weekends).

The view is great? Yes. The location is good? Yes.

Amazing location only 10 min from south beach and 5 min from down town Miami. Very secure building gated security and front desk receptionist. amazing pool,gym,and views of the city and river. also five blocks from marlins stadium. great walking neiborhood with river walk!!
