Do you crave living in terror over being awakened from a dead sleep at 2, 3, nay! 4 a.m. by an air raid siren announcing yet another FALSE fire alarm or by the worst neighbors you can ever have? Well, yes, this is the building you are looking for.

Last week, someone tried to enter to my apartement, when I heard the noise, I got panic. Few seconds later I call the security, and guess what? They didn't do NOTHING! They said they weren't allowed to see the cameras, they need to request permission... to the (careless) management that obviously at 9 pm weren't there.

If you are planning to move here DO NOT DO IT. It’s been more than I year since we moved in and I can not wait until my lease ends.

You don’t even need to be a light sleeper to be able to listen all the noise neighbors do at night time or very early hours in the morning ( even on weekends).

The view is great? Yes. The location is good? Yes.

Amazing location only 10 min from south beach and 5 min from down town Miami. Very secure building gated security and front desk receptionist. amazing pool,gym,and views of the city and river. also five blocks from marlins stadium. great walking neiborhood with river walk!!
