The Boulevard

We've lived here for 4 years and love our apartment. Nothing is perfect, but the management and staff have done a great job addressing resident concerns and making the building a pleasant place to live. We love that the building is smaller, and the amenities are nice. Maintenance staff is always responsive and very kind.

I was first owner occupant on this apartment and my electricity bill has come as high as 230-250. I complain several times for the past 4 months and no help. FPL switch the meeter on us because there was a mistake when it was built. If you want high electricity Bill this is the place for you.

Recently moved in and we’ve loved it! Michelle and Shane made the whole the move in experience enjoyable. I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Geraldo and Jose, they are incredibly kind and quick to respond to our requests. 10/10 - would recommend

The road noise from Biscayne Blvd. is very loud, you would think the impact windows would insulate but that's not the case. The train passes very nearby and that alone is one of the reasons you should avoid this building because you will be waking up at night. They are still figuring out the fire alarm system after 6 months and it can go off in the middle of the night for no reason. The gym equipment is brand new but rarely works, a lot of these issues can be addressed if the management company... cared to, however the road noise and and train passing is not their fault however for the price you pay its not something you want to deal with. Don’t be fool by the beautiful renderings of the apartment, they unfortunately don’t look like that at all.
There is no Bayview. The apartments have a nice green view on trees and vegetation, but not a view on the bay.
I lost my time going there.
