Best rental community

Zoi House has stepped it up! The new management team is super friendly and helpful. I love the monthly fitness classes and events. The location is super convenient with several markets nearby and multiple public transportation systems right next to the community. Coconut Grove is such a great place to be in. I love this building and the location.

Nickeled & Dimed

The apartments themselves are nice, but definitely not worth the money! But truly the worst part is the management. They are disorganized, chaotic, rude, and very difficult to work with. They charge tons of fees for every little thing. We just got our "security deposit" back and it was only $60. They didn't even send an itemized list of whatever made up charges they deducted. Save yourself a massive headache and rude treatment and go somewhere else.

I made a bad decision. Can't wait to move

I wish things were not so bad at this building but it's really bad. There are not only roaches but also mice INSIDE the building that got into my apartment. In the garage and in front of the building you see rats at night. Then there is the construction noise from next door where they are supposedly building a Target and lots of other apartments. they start banging and drilling into the ground at 7 in the morning even on weekends and it shakes the building and wakes you up. The traffic… getting out of here and onto US1 takes 2-3 lights minimum and after theres traffic from a Target it will take 20+ minutes just to get onto US1. I cannot wait to move, bad choice when there are so many other places to rent and apartment.
