Will consider as quiet commercial workspace and/or pet(s) as long as respectful of neighbors and legal in Clay County.

Well, septic tank (hard water). Non-smoking unit. 6’ fence.

REQUIRED: One-month security deposit. Verifiable income of at least 3 times the rent after taxes, savings, verifiable employment/income, sensible credit history, and verifiable rental history. Truthful and substantially complete application. Credit/criminal/eviction check.

Pets require a non-refundable deposit and dogs require liability insurance, typically available via renters insurance. No breed restrictions.

When you contact me, please provide

1) what you do and/or any other proposed tenants do for a living, and the tenant(s)' monthly net income after taxes (verifiable) to demonstrate at least 3X the rent or more
2) all persons to be residents
3) any pets to be residents
4) verifiable rental history
5) verifiable employment history
6) credit history
7) any unusual issues related to the above that we need to discuss relative to these topics and my evaluation of you as a tenant (evictions, lawsuits, criminal background, etc.)
