Whisper Creek Village

We lived here for 3 years and each year there was different management. Our experience was absolutely terrible. It's like each management company got worse than the last.

Maintenance requests took months if they ever actually got addressed. Management (including current management now) never enforced rules outlined in the lease, especially parking in the streets. We had issues getting out of our own double driveway we paid extra for and each management company did not address this issue.… Instead of violators paying consequences, they would just send out a mass email reminding people to stop, which never did anything.

People don't clean up after their dogs, so we had dog poop outside our back patio, which again nothing was done about except sending email reminders to residents.

Communication was horrible and management was rude as hell. This current management company seemed ok but is still lacking.

Construction of the homes is TERRIBLE. In our townhome there was not a single straight line. Wood railings on the stairs was loose. Ants were coming out of our wall outlets. Water was leaking through our floors. Our heat never worked properly consistently and each management company blew us off with maintenance, stating there wasn't an issue. Our outlets would randomly stop working and required us resetting the breaker. Our roof leaked and took months for it to get fixed. Our shower door never closed properly. The floor upstairs had soft spots that didn't seem structurally safe to walk on. There's probably more I am forgetting about.

I would NEVER stay here again. It is overpriced for the quality of the homes and the quality of the management. Do not be fooled by the online pictures!!! You can find some where cheaper and better in Pace. Read More
