This unit is not affiliated with the Sandestin resort, and amenities like tram cards and bicycles are not included. The property is equipped with a state-of-the-art contactless entry system. Check-in time is 4 pm or after, and check-out time is 10 am. Guests are asked to notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. Consumables are provided for the duration of your stay and will not be replenished. Guests are asked to remove shoes when inside the home. Smoking is prohibited, and any sign or smell of smoke will incur a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed. Events and vendors are prohibited. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. There may be hazards like glass, cacti, or construction debris in yards, and guests are advised to wear shoes and watch where they step. The property is not child-proofed, and it is the parents' responsibility to child-proof. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
