Guests are kindly asked to dispose of food in the available trash can, and the garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are NOT allowed at this property. No events or vendors are permitted. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Complaints from neighbors are taken seriously, with quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. Guests agree to pay for any damage made by guests or their visitors.
