Enjoy the spacious courtyard around the community pool (heated seasonally), multiple charcoal grilling areas, and even an EV charging station (first come, first serve!). The large gated pool area offers life-sized Connect 4 and cornhole. The apartment has one designated parking space marked "9F".
Perfectly situated in Miramar Beach, you’ll be surrounded by great dining and shopping. Stroll to Bad Ass Coffee for your morning pick-me-up, or walk less than a mile to catch the sunset at Pompano Joe’s Seafood House, one of Destin’s most beloved beachfront restaurants. Destin Commons and Silver Sands Premium Outlets are just a short drive away when you’re ready for some retail therapy. The beach is right across the street with gated access exclusive for guests. During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!
This property is available for vacation rental only, and parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No pets or emotional support animals are allowed at the condo. Check-in time is 4:00 PM CST, and check-out time is 10:00 AM CST. Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve during Spring Break. Trailer/RV/Box Truck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in the complex. Air conditioning should not be set lower than 70 degrees, and doors should not be left open.
