Bedroom 1, designed for kids, includes two triple Twin bunk beds, a walk-in closet, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second floor is the heart of the home, with a dining area seating 10 plus two additional seats, and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, a large TV, a walk-in closet, and a spa-worthy ensuite bathroom with a massive walk-in shower and dual vanities. The immaculate kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and a wine cooler, and it flows seamlessly into the living space which features a large Smart TV and a cozy fireplace. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a stand-up shower. The third floor includes a full shared bathroom, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, a cozy couch, and a large TV. Bedroom 4 has a King bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and an oversized bathtub. Bedroom 5 features another King bed, a large TV, and private balcony access, using the shared hallway bathroom. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Events and parties are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, or additional fees will be assessed. Drivers using the golf cart must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage, and must fill out a waiver prior to arrival. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Furniture cannot be rearranged. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for pickup. Failure to return trash cans after pickup may result in an HOA citation. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
