This condo features a full kitchen stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. The living room has a reading chair and a couch that opens into a queen-size sleeper sofa. A TV with standard cable is provided for your enjoyment. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a TV with standard cable, an accent chair, dresser, and closet space. There is also an open-concept twin bunk bed built into the hallway. An ironing board and iron are provided for guest use in the condo.
Enjoy the community pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, and charcoal grills with a picnic area. A pack and play, high chair (booster seat style), and kids plastic cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are available for guest use, free of charge.

You'll be in the heart of Miramar Beach, minutes from Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, locally owned restaurants and shops, family entertainment, and nightlife. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are popular in the area for ride sharing, and Shipt or Instacart are great for grocery delivery. The condo is 20 miles from Destin FL (VPS), 46 miles from Panama City FL (ECP), and 78 miles from Pensacola FL (PNS).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, so please book with an accurate guest count. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking are not permitted at any time in the community, and towing fees apply to any violation. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. A washer and dryer is not offered inside the unit, but there is a pay-per-use community laundry room available right outside the front door of the condo in the breezeway.
