Sunshine Bungalo is thoughtfully equipped for your stay, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, flat griddle, toaster, blender, and both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. The living area boasts a large indoor fireplace and a SmartTV. Enjoy the screened-in patio with outdoor seating. A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located across from the kitchen.
A 6-passenger golf cart is included for guests age 25+ to cruise around SanDestin. Pets are allowed with a required, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs permitted. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from this fee. A pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates are available for families.
Located just 1.5 miles from The Village of Baytowne Wharf, this home offers easy access to dining, entertainment, shopping, and nightlife. It's also conveniently situated 2 miles from Grand Boulevard for additional shopping and dining options. The sugary white sands of SanDestin beach access are a short drive or golf cart ride away. The property is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, providing a peaceful and private setting.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed in the home or screened-in porch. Events and parties are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. No vehicles are to be parked on the street at any time. All windows & doors should remain closed when operating the A/C. Operating the A/C with the windows or doors open will automatically turn the A/C off. No flame burning grills of any kind can be used within 10 feet of the home's overhang or eave. Please move the grill out of reach of the overhang before using. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash service is offered daily between the hours of 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes or interruptions. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25 plus shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
